SHIPPING & HANDLING
Return To Sender Fee
- If your package is deemed a “return to sender” package you will be charged a fee based on your package’s size & total units ordered.
- Fee amounts will vary and will be the customer’s sole responsibility to pay, per our policy.
Rerouting Packages
- We can not reroute packages once they have been shipped from our warehouse.
- If your address is incorrect and your package is in need of a “change of address”, please see the above Return to Sender Fee policy for details.
We ship ONLY in the continental US at this time. We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx for all domestic packages.
Shipping & Handling are as follows:
- Domestic Standard Shipping (3-9 days) plus processing time for packing of an order is an additional 3 business days.
In house processing time for ALL orders is 3 business days, please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience. We receive a TON of orders on product launch dates and work as fast as we can to ship but don’t guarantee any orders during this window to ship before the 10th business day.
After processing of order, delivery time within the United States is 3-9 days. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to other local carrier in the country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, or back-end charges.
